Information collected
Name, organization, email and message are required to process the form, together with your agreement to be contacted about this request. Role, sector, site count and primary need are optional. We also record the submission date, language, follow-up status and necessary internal notes. Hosting providers process technical connection and security data, including IP addresses. Do not send passwords, access keys or sensitive information.
Purpose and legal basis
We use this information only to answer and follow up inbound contact or demo requests and manage the resulting business discussion. Processing relies on steps you request before a contract where applicable (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), or our legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries and securing the service (Article 6(1)(f)). There is no automatic newsletter, marketing campaign, unrelated prospecting, profiling or automated decision about you.
Retention
Contact and demo requests are retained for 12 months from the last substantive contact. Information no longer needed is then deleted or anonymized. If a contractual relationship begins or a specific legal obligation requires longer retention, only the information necessary for that purpose is retained for the applicable period.
Recipients and storage
Only authorized SAFENETIS personnel who need the information to handle your request have access. The form stores requests in the website database. Technical processors operate the website and provide the hosting, transmission, storage and security services needed to process requests. The form does not automatically send emails or feed an external CRM, mailing list or marketing platform.
International processing
Website hosting, form storage and security services may involve processing outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Applicable transfer safeguards include adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. This does not mean the service is hosted exclusively in the EU. You can obtain information about the processors and a copy of the applicable transfer safeguards by writing to contact@safenetis.com.
Cookies and security
The application does not add advertising or audience-measurement trackers. Infrastructure may use necessary security cookies, including Cloudflare __cf_bm, which expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Authentication cookies are used for the restricted administration area. These technical functions are separate from marketing.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability of your data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to contact@safenetis.com; we may request only information necessary to verify your identity. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, CNIL (cnil.fr).
